Additionally, we offer intelligent content creation utilities powered by artificial intelligence, designed to help you generate marketing copy, product descriptions, promotional text, visual mockups, and cover designs.

We provide two membership tiers: Secure and Secure+, each offering different feature sets and monthly usage allocations. Access becomes available immediately following successful payment and account setup.

2. WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES

To utilize our platform, you must be a minimum of eighteen years old, possess the legal authority to enter into contractual agreements, and supply truthful and current information during the registration process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, deceptive, or incomplete details have been provided.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Upon creating an account, you commit to keeping your access credentials private and secure, bearing responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, and alerting us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized usage.

Sharing login information or permitting others to access the resource library through your credentials violates this Agreement. Accounts found breaching this provision may face suspension or permanent removal.

5. LICENSING RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Following payment confirmation and plan activation, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license permitting commercial use of the PLR materials within our resource library.

What You May Do:

You are permitted to rebrand, alter, edit, and personalize the content, attribute yourself or your business as the creator, sell products under your own brand identity, incorporate materials into courses, membership sites, workshops, or training programs, use content as lead magnets or promotional bonuses, combine materials into bundled offerings, utilize content across social platforms, newsletters, blogs, videos, and podcasts, and retain all revenue generated from your sales.

What You Must Not Do:

You are prohibited from transferring, sublicensing, or selling the PLR license itself, granting others rights to modify or redistribute the content, uploading original files to free download sites or file-sharing forums, offering the content with any form of resale rights or PLR to third parties, creating a competing resource library mimicking our platform, publishing content on Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing platform, or claiming original copyright over unmodified materials.

Your licensing rights remain valid while your subscription is active. Upon account termination, rights to unaltered content may be revoked.

6. USAGE LIMITS AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Your subscription includes monthly allocations for our AI-powered utilities. These allocations are governed by our Acceptable Use guidelines. You agree not to deploy automated scripts or bots to trigger content generation, attempt to exceed your monthly usage allocations, or share tool access with unauthorized parties.

We actively monitor usage patterns. Violations may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination without refund.

7. UNDERSTANDING "LIFETIME" ACCESS

References to "lifetime" access indicate the duration of the platform's operation. Should TheBuzzSecure cease functioning due to business closure, platform discontinuation, or any other circumstance, access will conclude at that point. No refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements will be provided in such scenarios.

We maintain the right to modify, update, or retire services, tools, or resource library content for maintenance, security, or strategic purposes.

8. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed amount in full, use valid payment credentials, and authorize any applicable recurring charges.

9. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY LIMITS

All services, utilities, and content are delivered on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform infrastructure, software architecture, design elements, and proprietary systems remain our intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer or replicate our platform, copy or redistribute AI utilities or system designs, or resell access to our website.

PLR materials, while commercially licensable, remain under our copyright until substantially transformed or rebranded.

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve authority to terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, breach licensing or usage guidelines, abuse platform tools or access mechanisms, or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or misleading conduct.

Upon termination, you forfeit access to all content and features. No refunds will be issued, and legal proceedings may follow in cases of serious violations.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes or claims shall be resolved through the courts of Hong Kong.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

We may revise this Agreement to reflect legal, platform, or service changes. All modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Continued platform usage constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
